Family homes in this part of Adelaide range from established houses on sloping blocks to newer builds. Their bathrooms rarely start from the same place, and many no longer suit the way the household lives.
That’s why we start with the home itself. At Dunsford St in Craigburn Farm, we removed walls, formed a new doorway and brought in engineering and new beams for a large Velux skylight, then finished the room with underfloor heating, Italian tiles, Yabby tapware and a custom screen. In both our Craigburn Farm and Belair bathrooms, we changed the underfloor plumbing so the layout suited the household rather than the original floor plan.
With over 17 years of hands-on renovation experience, we manage the whole job: design, selections, every trade and the finishing details. That way you’re not left to coordinate it yourself.
This Signature bathroom renovation reworked the original layout into one large, light-filled main bathroom, with the toilet kept separate.

“Unbelievable experience with Eddie and the team from Adelaide Renos Group. Eddie initially installed our kitchen splashback, and we were so happy with it that we got him to quote and eventually build our family bathroom. The whole process was amazing, and it was really nice to have Eddie suggest different things throughout the process which made the end result exactly what we had hoped for. We are already planning our ensuite bathroom reno with Eddie!”

This complete bathroom renovation in Belair was about creating a practical, comfortable space with quality workmanship and considered finishes.
The work behind it:
The project is part of our Essential range, which reflects how we approach everyday bathrooms: thoughtful planning, durable materials and attention to the details that matter long after the work is finished.

Bathrooms are our focus, but they’re not all we do. We also take on complete laundry renovations, often alongside a bathroom so the finishes carry through, as well as full-home renovations. Project Rescue in Craigburn Farm is a good example. Peter and Ammy’s own trades kept cancelling, so we stepped in, worked extended hours and weekends, and delivered their home on time. Explore our full range of renovations.

“Adelaide Renos Group saved our renovation! After endless cancellations from other tradies left us stressed and behind, their team jumped in, worked tirelessly (including weekends), and delivered stunning, high-quality results on time. Professional, reliable and truly caring we couldn’t be happier with our beautiful home. Thank you.”

Every home here comes with its own conditions, and a good bathroom plan takes them into account from the start:
The final investment depends on your existing room, any layout changes and the finishes you choose. A complete renovation typically covers:
We talk budget early, so the bathroom you want and the budget you have stay aligned from day one.

Yes. We’ve completed the Dunsford St main bathroom in Craigburn Farm and the Gault Rd bathroom in Belair, as well as a full home renovation in Craigburn Farm.
Yes. Blackwood sits right between our Craigburn Farm and Belair projects, and we take on complete bathroom renovations there.
Our complete bathroom renovations start from around $30k, including GST. The final cost depends on the size of the room, any layout or plumbing changes and the finishes you choose. We’ll talk budget openly at our first chat and confirm everything in writing before work starts.
It depends on the scope. A like-for-like renovation is very different from one that moves plumbing or walls. We’ll confirm a realistic timeframe for your bathroom before work begins.
Often, yes. At Dunsford St we removed walls, formed a new doorway and changed the underfloor plumbing. At Gault Rd we changed the underfloor plumbing to suit the new layout. We’ll assess what’s possible in your home before you commit.
Where the home allows it, yes. The Dunsford St bathroom has a large Velux skylight above the open shower, supported by engineering and new beams, along with underfloor heating and heated towel rails.
No. Knowing what isn’t working and roughly what you’d like to spend is enough to start.
If you’re thinking seriously about a complete bathroom renovation for your home, we’d love to hear about it. No pressure, just a clear conversation about your home.
