This 1915 home had beautiful bones and timeless character, but it needed a full renovation to support modern living. The goal was to preserve the home’s heritage features while improving flow, function and light, creating a space that honoured its history but felt fresh and liveable for years to come.

We started with a full house renovation that balanced thoughtful upgrades with careful restoration. The kitchen was completely reimagined with a practical new layout, while the bathroom and laundry were redesigned for everyday functionality. Every ceiling rose and cornice was restored by hand, and a remote folding Velux skylight was installed to flood the space with light and fresh air, adding comfort without compromising character.
